Two days of intensive training, hands-on simulations, and real-life emergency response scenarios—because in emergencies, every second matters. This 𝑬𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑨𝒊𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 enhanced the knowledge, skills, and confidence of the responders in providing immediate care and saving lives.

𝘽𝙖𝙜-𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙪𝙞𝙜 𝙣𝙖! Pero ang pangutana makaya kaya 𝙋500 pesos na 𝙉𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙖 kung gusto ko ug sobra pa ana 😅✨ Tipid man or not ang handa, napupuno naman ito ng tawa, chikahan, at “pwede na ’yan” moments ang hapag. Minsan hindi bongga ang pagkain, pero bongga ang saya at samahan — and that’s what truly matters.

𝘼𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨, may we carry with us the humor, resilience, and a little faith to keep going in life. Fewer complaints, more gratitude; less spending, more resourcefulness. 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙚, yet never late in remembrance. Rizal’s courage echoes softly in our dreams — in the hopes we carry for our nation, and in the quiet strength of every young Filipino who chooses 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑡ℎ, 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔.
