Also present were medical officers from all 12 RHUs, barangay captains, and health kagawads from all 26 barangays of General Santos City.

A key highlight of the activity was the presentation of accomplishments from the three pilot barangaysโ€”Olympog, Mabuhay, and Tamblerโ€”showcasing their progress in implementing health and nutrition interventions at the community level.

RHU Baluan, led by Dr. Roland Jay F. Basmillo, participated in the review together with representatives from its barangays. He reaffirmed RHU Baluanโ€™s commitment to supporting Purokalusugan initiatives, recognizing that strong partnerships between the City Health Office, RHUs, and barangay leaders are essential in achieving long-term health goals. Through collective effort, General Santos City moves closer to building accessible, people-centered, and community-driven health services for every resident.
