In the exigency of service and to streamline the operations of the College of Medicine, Dr. Jocelyn S. Frial is hereby designated as Assistant Dean of the said College.
By virtue of the Special Order No. 1069-25C, Dr. Frial shall perform all the inherent functions and responsibilities of the position and shall be entitled to the privileges and appropriate emoluments corresponding to the said designation. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until revoked by the Chancellor or by a competent authority.
The College of Medicine extends our congratulations to Assistant Dean Dr. Jocelyn S. Frial and affirms its commitment to providing full support as she undertakes this significant leadership role in service.
