Company History

The high immigration rate of General Santos City and its environs, coupled with a rapid development in these areas, apparently increases the demand for the delivery of basic health services and facilities. The current state of our medical services and facilities cannot cope with the needs of this burgeoning population. Realizing this health care gap, a group of dedicated medical practitioners and businessmen, chartered the course for the establishment of a tertiary, multi-specialty hospital. was born with a mission "To Protect the Life at Every Stage of Human Development"

The hospital site is strategically located at L. corner Bula-Lagao Road, General Santos City, Philippines. While the Medical Center hopes to provide health care services to a large patient base as possible at affordable and reasonable cost, it also envisages to improve its ownership structure by way of inviting subscribers to benefit out of their investments. Thus, MT. MATUTUM MEDICAL CENTER, INC. exists to amplify quality health care services among its clientele in this Southern part of the Philippines.

SCH marks its first Christmas Lighting Ceremony, ushering in the season of joy, giving, and glad tidings. At the heart of the light display rests the Nativity scene—the heart and soul of the celebration.

Inspired by this solemn Yuletide tableau, a short ceremony inaugurated the first lighting, followed by a fireworks display. In celebration of SCH Sportsfest 2025, the participating teams joined in lighting their Christmas tree exhibits installed across the hospital. These exhibits will remain until the end of the season.

As the Nativity scene takes its place at the center of the illuminated tableau, and the Sportsfest team exhibits shine throughout the hospital, SCH’s first Christmas Lighting Ceremony reminds us of the joy, hope, and unity this season brings. May these lights inspire a spirit of compassion and care in all whom we serve.
