Hi everyone! 👋

We’d like to share a small update to our group class schedule starting on FEBRUARY 8, 2026.

To support better recovery, balanced training, and overall class quality, we’ll be making the following changes:
• Muay Thai will move to Monday
• Saturday and Sunday will now be rest and recovery days
• Our weekday Yoga and Pilates classes will continue as scheduled

With a mix of high-intensity training like Muay Thai and low-impact classes such as Yoga and Pilates, proper rest is essential.

This adjustment allows your body time to recover, helps prevent injuries, and ensures you get the best results from every session.

Rest is part of training 💪
By focusing our classes on weekdays, we can provide more consistent energy, better programming, and a healthier training balance for everyone.
