Every time we hear news about earthquakes here in the Philippines, fear naturally rises. But I want you to remember not everything that shakes is meant to destroy. Sometimes, it’s the Earth’s way of releasing what no longer serves.

This is purging, not punishment. The planet is cleansing herself, just as we release pain, grief, and heaviness when our spirits awaken. Energy is shifting above and below. And through it all, we are being asked to return to our center.

Ground yourself. Touch the soil, breathe deeply, and call your spirit back into your body. Pray not in fear, but in authority !! knowing that the same Divine force that moves the mountains also protects you.
