Let it go today or carry It again - Holy Monday Truth 🖤
Holy Monday isn’t just part of Holy Week it’s a powerful spiritual checkpoint. A day where the veil feels thinner, where energy moves deeper, and where you are called to cleanse not just your space, but your spirit. In a hoodoo way, this is the perfect time to do your uncrossing to remove heavy energy, negativity, attachments, and anything that’s been blocking your flow. Hindi lahat ng dala mo ay para sayo. Some energies were picked up, some were sent, and some you held onto out of habit.
Just like Jesus Christ cleared the temple, this is your reminder: your body, your energy, your spirit is sacred space. And anything that brings confusion, heaviness, delays, or emotional weight needs to go. This is not the day to tolerate what drains you. This is the day to spiritually cleanse your self and your house.
You can do it simply but intentionally. Light a candle. Pray. Speak your release out loud. Take a cleansing bath even salt and water with intention is enough. Mop the floor with salt and vinegar will help remove any negative energy. Imagine everything heavy leaving your body. Sabihin mo: "Anything not from God, not aligned with my highest good be removed right now." Feel it. Let it move. Let it go.
Another ritual that I am doing during holy monday is to sit down, pause and to reflect on myself. This is the best time to face inner wounds that is controlling me, or I simply right everything that I want to release in a piece of paper then burn it.
Holy Monday carries the energy of release before renewal. Hindi ka uusad kung puno ka pa ng bigat. You don’t need to keep pain just because you survived it. You don’t need to hold onto people, situations, or emotions that already expired in your life.
So today, be intentional. Be honest. Be willing to let go.
Because the moment you release what’s heavy, you make space for protection, clarity, blessings, and peace to enter.
I am uncrossed. I am cleared. I am no longer available for anything that drains my spirit.
