Burnout isn’t just being “tired.” It’s a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion that can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unable to function the way we normally do. Over time, it can make even simple tasks feel heavy and can lead to feelings of helplessness or hopelessness.

It’s important to recognize the signs early and remind yourself that you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Let’s talk about healthier boundaries, meaningful rest, and real recovery. You deserve the space to breathe, reset, and heal.

Do you often misunderstand the world around you? For some, reality can shift in ways that feel unfamiliar or frightening. When thoughts, perceptions, or beliefs no longer align with what others see, it can be a sign that the mind is struggling.

Psychotic disorders go beyond the stereotypes . They experience the world through a distorted lens that can feel confusing, frightening, and isolating. These may include delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized thoughts that affect how one perceives the world and how they connect with others.

These symptoms aren’t signs of weakness — they’re signs of a mind in distress that deserves care and understanding. Behind every symptom is a person trying to make sense of their world.

Let us take the time to better understand people who have psychotic disorders. Let's provide empathy, see beyond the stigma and support them through the path of healing.

Grief is love with nowhere to go.

It lingers in the silence, in the memories, and in the spaces where love once lived.

Grief can take many forms—whether it’s the loss of someone dear, a missed opportunity, or even the fading of your childhood. Whatever the loss, you’re allowed to grieve in your own time and at your own pace.

If your heart feels heavy, remember—you’re not alone in carrying it. We hope one day that the pain you carry will transform into beautiful memories that bring you comfort and peace. And in the meantime, may you find solace in the love and support of those around you who care for you deeply.

Please remember to be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to feel as you navigate through this journey.

Rat Race: How Much Are You Willing to Give to Stay Ahead?

Do you know that there’s a term called ‘Rat Race’ in the workplace?

It is the endless cycle of competition, deadlines, and performance pressure — constantly pushing yourself to keep up or stay ahead, often leaving little time to rest or breathe.

But how can 'rat race' affects you?

The pros are it causes you to be driven and to grow. Did you know that a little pressure is good as it can boost motivation, sharpen focus, and inspire you to set higher goals. It can push you to learn, improve, and discover your full potential.

And while that's amazing, if you keep racing while having constant pressure to be the best can cause stress and burnout. It can drain your energy, harm your mental health, and make you feel trapped or empty. Over time, it can lead to anxiety, exhaustion, or a sense of losing yourself to work.

How can you cope with the effects of rat race?

1. Redefine Success - Focus on progress, not perfection. Success can mean growth, balance, or simply finding joy in what you do.

2. Practice Self-Compassion - Celebrate small wins and forgive yourself for setbacks. Remember, your value isn’t defined by how much you achieve.

3. Set Boundaries - Learn to say no when needed and give yourself permission to rest. Clear limits help protect your time, energy, and peace of mind.

4. Seek Support - Talk to friends, mentors, or mental health professionals. Sharing your feelings can help lighten the load and give you new ways to manage stress.

Remember — slowing down isn’t giving up. If you’re feeling caught in the rat race, we’re here to help you find your pace again.

Did you know that there is a recipe for a healthy and successful relationship?

According to John Bowlby, a renowned psychologist and pioneer of attachment theory, trust, honesty, respect, communication, effort, and collaboration form the foundation of healthy and secure relationships. Together, they build emotional safety, stability, and connection—essential ingredients for love that lasts.

Trust is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. Trust allows partners to feel secure and confident in each other’s intentions. It creates a safe emotional space where vulnerability and openness can thrive.

Honesty is the secret ingredient to a lasting connection. Perhaps this is one of the most challenging concepts to embrace. We, as individuals, often feel uncomfortable showing vulnerability to others, even our partners, because we want to avoid being viewed as weak. But being truthful fosters transparency and emotional intimacy. It prevents misunderstandings and helps both partners grow together authentically.

Mutual respect is the perfect blend of love and individuality. This is perhaps one of the most important foundations of a relationship, as when you provide value to each other's boundaries and opinions, it becomes a gateway to ensuring equality and preventing power struggles in relationships. It also ensures that boundaries are valued and not crossed.

Communication is perhaps one of the most overlooked recipes in a relationship. Having open, empathetic communication helps partners express feelings, resolve conflicts, and understand each other better—strengthening emotional bonds. When a couple communicates and both remain open and empathetic, seeing and understanding each other's feelings and views becomes easier.

Effort and collaboration is the other most overlooked recipe in a healthy relationship. People forget that effort is a continuous thing in a relationship; it shows that both parties still care for each other, and collaboration ensures the partnership between the couple—ensuring that you two are in the relationship together.

A healthy relationship isn’t about perfection—it’s about mixing the right ingredients with care, patience, and love. When trust, honesty, respect, communication, effort, and collaboration come together, they create a recipe that’s comforting, fulfilling, and built to last.

Healthy relationships take time, practice, and the right mix of ingredients. And sometimes an outsider's perspective, from someone who can remain unbiased while having the right evidence-based tools, can help your relationship bloom.
