The Gallego Medical Clinic issues medical certificates in line with proper medical evaluation and professional standards. Please be advised of the following:

Online Consultation Fee: ₱800.00
▸ Applicable only for mild cases that can be reasonably and ethically managed through online consultation.
▸ Includes the issuance of a medical certificate, when justified.

Doctor’s Prerogative:
The attending physician reserves the right to determine whether a case is considered mild (suitable for online consultation) or requires a face-to-face clinic visit for a more thorough assessment.

Important Notice:
Not all cases are appropriate for online consultation. For patient safety and accuracy of medical evaluation, the clinic will require an in-person visit if the doctor deems it necessary.
