“-9.00 na grado ko, pasok ba ako sa PWD?”

•Hindi po basehan ang GRADO NG MATA sa pagkuha ng PWD I.D, nakadipende po ito sa VISUAL ACUITY na 20/70 or mas malala pa na hindi kayang agapan ng anumang salamin, contact lens o operasyon. Kahit na meron kayong gradong -3.00, -4.00, -5.00, -6.00 pataas ito ay hindi basehan kung kayo ay nakakakita pa rin ng 20/20 habang suot ang inyong mga salamin/contact lens.

•Maging matalino sa ganitong bagay. Huwag magpanggap o huwag gamitin ang koneksyon sa munisipyo upang makakuha lamang ng PWD ID. Ibigay po natin ito sa totoong nangangailangan at sa mga totoong may VISUAL DISABILITY.

•Kung kayo man ay gagamit ng PWD ID sa aming klinika upang makakuha ng discount at napatunayang kayo ay wala namang kapansanan sa mata ay maaari naming tanggihan ang inyong PWD ID at isuplong sa kinauukulan.
