12:00 sang tungang gab-i kaina sang nag-landfall ang bagyo sa Silago, Southern Leyte.

Ulihi nga nakit-an ang sentro sang mata sang bagyo sa vicinity sang Mahaplag, Leyte. Dala sini ang kabaskugon sang hangin nga 150 km/h malapit sa sentro kag pagmadlos nga tubtub sa 205 km/h.
