Available na po ang aming YAKAP clinic for HEALTH SCREENING at CHECK-UP sa mga sumusunod na araw:

March 9 (Monday) to March 12 (Thursday)
8 am 12 noon, 1 pm to 5 pm

Sarado po ang aming clinic ng March 13 hanggang March 16 dahil sa panandaliang unavailability ng doktor.

Para sa mga magpaparegister palang, maaaring magawa ito sa dalawang paraan na lamang:

1. Self registration gamit ang eGov app sa sariling mobile phone
2. Magpa-assist sa local na office ng PhilHealth sa inyong lugar.
