The Philippine Red Cross Zambales Chapter recently visited New Taugtog I Elementary School, Botolan for an interactive Health and Hygiene Promotion Session with the bright students of Grades 3 to 6!🦷🚿🧼✨

This activity was made even more special thanks to our dedicated OJT students from New Taugtog National High School, Botolan. Together, we taught the importance of proper handwashing, oral health, personal hygiene, and proper sanitation as the best defense against germs and illnesses. It was inspiring to see the older students leading by example and mentoring their younger peers in the community!

By starting these habits early, we are building a healthier and more resilient generation.

SERVICE: FUND GENERATION - MEMBERSHIP ACCIDENTAL ASSISTANCE BENEFIT PROGRAM

The Philippine Red Cross Zambales Chapter remains dedicated to being your lifeline during accidents and emergencies. We are pleased to report that in 2025, we successfully facilitated the Membership Accidental Assistance Benefit Claims for our valued members.

A total amount of ₱156,384.00 was distributed to all claimants, providing much-needed financial assistance to families navigating through recovery and difficult times. This benefit is more than just financial aid—it is a testament to the power of the Red Cross "Membership Program" in protecting and supporting our community when they need it most.

It was a powerful display of community spirit as they took on their mission to serve, showing that true strength lies in compassion. By rolling up their sleeves, they have provided a lifeline to our fellow Zambaleños who are in urgent need of blood.

The Philippine Red Cross Zambales Chapter, in partnership with the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), successfully conducted a Mass Blood Donation Activity⚓🩸🚢

It was an inspiring day seeing the brave midshipmen and staff of the academy step forward to give the "gift of life." By donating blood, these future mariners are demonstrating that their commitment to service extends far beyond the high seas—it starts right here at home by saving lives.

Our sincere gratitude goes to the PMMA Leadership and the Medical Clinic team for their excellent coordination and for fostering a culture of volunteerism among the cadets. Each bag collected will provide vital support to those in need across Zambales.

From monitoring blood pressure to responding to heat-related concerns or minor injuries, our staff and volunteers are ready to serve with the spirit of humanity.

May we all have a safe, peaceful, and blessed celebration. Stay hydrated and look out for one another!
