Ang maagang diagnosis at wastong paggamot ay maaaring magpataas ng survival rate ng childhood cancer. Mahalaga rin ang ligtas na kapaligiran, pag-iwas sa mapanganib na bisyo tulad ng paninigarilyo at va**ng, at sapat na impormasyong pangkalusugan para sa mga magulang at tagapag-alaga.

The mission has concluded, but the spirit of Bayanihan is stronger than ever! Last Thursday night, a grand Appreciation Night was held to honor the selfless service of the Medical Mission of Mercy(MMOM) USA Team.

This memorable evening was graciously hosted by the Municipal Government of Ibajay, led by Mayor Miguel Miraflores, the Provincial Government of Aklan, under Governor Jose Enrique "Jo-en" Miraflores Jr., and the 2nd Congressional District Office of Congressman Florencio "Joeben" Miraflores.

This celebration highlighted the powerful collaboration between our local, provincial, and congressional leaders alongside our international and local partners. It was a tribute to the collective effort that resulted in 1,647 lives changed through surgical, dental, and optometry care.

To the MMOM USA Team: You crossed oceans to bring healing to our community. Ibajay and the entire province of Aklan will always remember your kindness and world-class expertise.
