When a child’s upstairs brain (the thinking, reasoning part) is online, they can plan, problem-solve and make good choices.
When they’re in their downstairs brain (the survival part), logic goes out the window — they act on impulse, not intention.

Understanding this helps us respond with calm and connection, not punishment.

Announcement for Parents & Clients

We owe you an apology for the constant hassle caused by the indecisive and inconsistent rules of the Rabago Subdivision Homeowners Association. With no proper written memo, no transparency, facebook group that won't reply, and rules that change from one day to the next even when talking to their officers days before Sept 8 (implementation day), families and establishment like ours are left to deal with the confusion and frustration.

🔹 New Imposed Rule: No sticker, no entry at the Solidmark entrance. Stickers are for Homeowners only (no clear and final instructions for guests yet)
🔹 Passing and exit are only allowed through Villaverde Road. (Best route for now, Including grab cars/food deliveries)
🔹 Neighbors on Neptune Street have also complained about parking, so we kindly ask that you drop off children at the gate together with an adult (if you are alone please call ahead of time so we may find someone to assist you) and park at Rabago Park for now.

We find it unfair and heavy-handed that the HOA board members enforce restrictions without proper consultation or consideration of the community they claim to serve. Sadly, their approach feels less like leadership and more like tyranny.

Still, we will do our best to adjust and minimize the burden on you, our clients. We have signed and submitted together with other homeowners who are not in favor of these new rules to the Barangay to seek help. Thank you for bearing with us despite the poor governance we are all enduring.
