As we celebrate the vibrant spirit of Dinagyang 2026, FPOP Iloilo Chapter continues to champion HIV & STI awareness, promote safe and responsible choices, and provide free condoms to the community.

Together with our community-based volunteers and the youth sector, we joined hands to raise awareness and distribute condoms to passersby because education, prevention, and action go hand in hand.

Led by Ma’am Mona Liza S. Diones, RMT, our Chapter Program Manager, we stand for zero stigma, informed communities, and healthier futures.

- Learn about and receive information on PreP, a preventive medication for those at high risk of contracting HIV.
- Consult with our healthcare experts to understand if PreP is suitable for you.

2. Free HIV Screening:
- Comprehensive HIV screening will be available at no cost, ensuring accessibility to vital health services.
- Confidential testing and counseling services will be provided by our experienced healthcare team.

3. Free Condoms:
- Access to free condoms to promote safe and responsible practices.
- Information on correct usage and the importance of safe s*x will be readily available.

How to Participate:
1. Visit the Booth: Drop by the "Dagyang Safely" booth to access the various health services available.
2. Knowledge and Resources: Engage with our healthcare professionals for information on HIV prevention, testing, and overall s*xual health.

📍 LOOK | Strengthening Sexual and Reproductive Health Partnerships

We were honored to welcome U.S. Ambassador MaryKay Carlson to FPOP Iloilo during her visit last January 2025, alongside a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer assigned to support our community.
Ambassador Carlson’s visit highlighted the strong collaboration between the Philippines and the United States in advancing s*xual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Through partnerships like the Peace Corps, communities are empowered with accurate information, youth engagement, and access to quality family planning and reproductive health services.

At FPOP Iloilo, we remain committed to ensuring that every individual—especially women, young people, and underserved populations—has the knowledge and services needed to make informed decisions about their health and future.

Hala Bira FPOP Iloilo!!!

Ma’am Mona Liza S. Diones, RMT, Chapter Program Manager of FPOP Iloilo Chapter, together with the dedicated Community-Based Volunteers (CBVs) from different barangays in Iloilo City, held a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming Dinagyang Celebration. 🎉

During the meeting, plans were discussed on setting up kiosks, distributing condoms, providing IEC materials, and extending other services related to s*xual and reproductive health to ensure that the community stays informed, protected, and empowered throughout the festivities.

Together, we continue to promote responsible celebration and accessible health services for all. 💙
