Qualifications:
- Required: Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and anticipate the needs of executives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
