WVMC PNTC The Patient Navigation & Referral Unit of WVMC. Facilitates the TeleConsultation.

The Emergency Operation Center (EOC) of Western Visayas Medical Center acts as the coordinating and navigating unit of all health-related issues and queries. The EOC also monitors all health and health-related events on a 24/7 basis, including all national events, mass gatherings, and international events with potential impact to the local and national government. The EOC provides the communication linkage among DOH Central Office, Local Government Units, concerned agencies and Health Facilities during pandemic, emergencies and disasters. Through EOC, clients are provided with health services such as Telemedicine/Teleconsultation, specialty care and appropriate treatment, ambulance service and referrals from and to other health facilities. Furthermore, the EOC facilitates basic queries on health services provided by the hospital, coordinates and links clients’ concerns regarding out-patient care, clinical department scheduling and financial needs.
