Final List of Recipients — Cane Giving Project: For the Love of Epiphany

36 recipients.
Thirty-six lives steadied, supported, and seen.

What overwhelmed us most wasn’t the number; it was the gratitude. The quiet smiles, the trembling thank-yous, the relief of hands finally holding something that helps them walk with dignity again. Each cane carried more than support; it carried reassurance, care, and the reminder that they are not forgotten.

As a Paulinian PT, this act of service is more than outreach—it is a calling. Caritas Christi urget nos—the love of Christ urges us on. It moves us beyond comfort, into barangays, along rough roads and uneven paths, where charity is not convenient but necessary, and love must be lived, not merely spoken.

This Epiphany, love revealed itself in simple form… steel, rubber tips, and willing hands.
May every step they take be lighter, safer, and filled with hope. 🧡🚶‍♀️✨

Today, I distributed around Brgy. Poblacion, Bulod, Coline, Coline-Dalag, and Manguining.

January 4 holds many layers of meaning for my heart.

On this day, we celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany—a reminder that light reveals itself quietly, through faith and service. It is also the birthday of my late grandmother, Epifania Andeo-Allin, the matriarch of our family, whose strength, compassion, and guidance continue to shape who we are. In her honor, I began my journey in physical therapy, and on January 4, 2021, my clinic officially opened—rooted in service, healing, and purpose.

As we mark the 4th anniversary of the clinic, I am humbled to give back in a way that reflects her legacy. Through the Cane Giving Project: For the Love of Epiphany (Year 3), we are offering canes free to the indigents of Alimodian—a simple tool, yet a powerful symbol of dignity, support, and hope. This is our way of letting her light continue to walk with others.

Today is also the birthday of my cousin, Marie Stephanie Allin Lapid, whose quiet generosity and unwavering support have strengthened this mission year after year. This project would not be the same without her steady presence.

May every cane shared steady a step.
May every step echo love, faith, and remembrance.
And may the light of Epiphany continue to guide us all. 🤍✨

Walking into the New Year guided by faith and love. ✨🚶‍♀️

As we celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany, the Cane Giving Project: For the Love of Epiphany (Year 3) returns on January 4, 2026.
Just as Christ revealed His light to the world, we are called to reflect that light through simple acts of compassion.

Seeing our Kasimanwas still using the canes shared last year is a quiet but powerful testament—love that continues to walk, long after it is given. 🤍

This year also marks our 5th Anniversary, a humble thanksgiving for five years of journeying together in faith, service, and community.

🕊 Do you know an Alimodian neighbor who needs support?
Please send in your entries on or before January 2, 2026.

May every step we help strengthen lead closer to hope, dignity, and light.
