2. Monitors network performance

3. Keeps all computers and servers updated with current updates

4. Performs monthly computer and service maintenance

5. Communicates with level 2 support if applicable

6. Sets up user accounts

9. Installs software as needed

10. Resolve network, computer, printer and phone help desk issues

11. Continues to learn all aspects of network i.e 2008 server, exchange, active directory, VOIP

12. Makes recommendations to improve network performance

13. Resolve virus issues

14. Any and all aspects of the computers, printers, network, switch, routers, modems, etc…
