It operates by conducting information and education campaigns (IEC), delivering RH care services, and advocating for policy reforms.

Ano ang Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)?
Ang s*xually transmitted infection (STI) ay isang impeksiyon na naikakalat sa pakikipagtalik. Maaari ding tawagin ang isang STI bilang STD (sakit na naipapasa sa pakikipagtalik). Maaari kang mahawahan ng STI kung ikaw ay nakipagtalik sa isang taong may STI.
Maikakalat ang mga impeksiyong ito ng anumang pagtatalik na ginamit ang ari, puwit, o bibig ng lalaki at babae. Ang ilang STI ay naikakalat din sa pamamagitan ng mga likido sa katawan tulad ng semilya, likido mula sa puwerta, o dugo. Ang iba naman ay kumakalat sa paghipo sa apektadong balat.
Ang mga pinakakaraniwang STI ay:
1. Chlamydia
2. Ge***al Warts
3. Ge***al Herpes
4. Syphilis
5. HIV
6. Hepa B at C
7. Gonorrhea (Tulo)

PrEP is prescribed to HIV-negative adults and adolescents who are at high risk for getting HIV through s*x or injection drug use.
Pre-exposure prophylaxis (or PrEP) is medicine taken to prevent getting HIV. PrEP is highly effective for preventing HIV when taken as prescribed. PrEP reduces the risk of getting HIV from s*x by about 99%.

Ang intra-uterine device (IUD) ay maliit at malambot na plastic na ipinasok sa sinapupunan ng babae.
Mabisa hanggang 12 na taon depende sa klase ng IUD. Maaari itong ipatanggal kung gusto nang magbuntis.
Maaring maging malakas ang regla habang gumagamit nito. Madalang ang malubhang kumplikasyon.
Minsan kusang lumalabas at nawawala sa ayos ang IUD, lalo nasa una at kung malakas ang regla.
Maaring magbuntis agad ang babae pag katanggal ng IUD. Magpa regular check up.
How effective are IUDs when used as birth control? IUDs are one of the best birth control methods out there; more than 99% effective.
That means fewer than 1 out of 100 people who use an IUD will get pregnant each year. IUDs are so effective because there's no chance of making a mistake.

Access to information and services. All people, especially the poor, marginalized socially excluded and underserved (PMSEU), are able to recognize their rights, make free and informed choices about their s*xual and reproductive health (SRH), and have access to SRHR information and quality services including family planning.
Adolescents/young people. All young people (10-24 years old) are aware of their s*xual and reproductive rights, are empowered to make informed decisions and responsible choices regarding their s*xual and reproductive health and well-being, and are able to act on them.
HIV and AIDS. All people, especially those who are at risk, are aware of the dangers of HIV and AIDS and have access to quality services related to prevention and care of people living with HIV and AIDS (PLHA).
Prevention of Abortion. All people are able to recognize abortion as a public health issue and have access to information and quality services that will reduce and prevent the incidence of abortion nationwide.
Advocacy. All sectors, public and private, from national to local, commit political and financial support to SRHR programs.
