‎John Jayson D. Dalona, a 4th-year medical student, passed away on Monday at the age of 25 after a courageous battle with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, his family announced.
‎
‎Dalona served as the Governor of the Medicine Student Council (MSC) for A.Y. 2024–2025, where he made significant contributions through his leadership, community service, and outreach programs. His efforts brought recognition and awards to the College of Medicine on both the regional and national stages.
‎
‎The Spectra Medica Publication extends its deepest condolences to the family of Jayson and to the entire College of Medicine community during this time of loss.
