Hello, everyone. I want to share with you my journey of overcoming kidney stones and reclaiming my health.
In 2007, I was diagnosed with kidney stones—a shocking discovery that shook me to the core. At that time, I thought it would be a short struggle, but little did I know it was only the beginning of a long and challenging chapter in my life. The pain, the uncertainty, and the fear of what lay ahead tested not only my body, but also my faith and determination.
After that initial diagnosis, I was branded a ‘stone former.’ Year after year, the struggle continued—five kidney operations in total, each one a painful reminder of how relentless those stones were. At times, it felt like I was fighting a battle I could never win, a battle against my own body.
But that wasn’t all. On top of everything, I was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism—a condition that only deepened my struggles. As if that weren’t enough, I also suffered paralysis caused by low potassium. The doctors recommended a parathyroidectomy, but fate had other plans. What seemed like the darkest chapter of my life soon became the doorway to hope. The surgery was cancelled—because God is truly good. In His perfect timing, He sent me an angel, Violy Latigo , who introduced me to Lifestyles products (Intra, Nutria, FiberLife, and CardioLife). Nothing is impossible with God. By taking them faithfully and abundantly, they became my lifeline—my saving grace.
I know deep in my heart, it was not just the products that healed me, but God’s grace working through them. He heard my prayers, He carried me through the storm, and He reminded me that nothing is impossible with Him. Today, I stand as a living testimony of His goodness and faithfulness.
Truly, the Lord is my ultimate healer.

My Intra Love Story

Me and my family's love story with Intra (Lifestyles) started March of 2018. We were not in top shape. At 38, I had limited mobility due to an extremely strained back. Mom had spondylosis, acid reflux and arthritis while Pop had Emphysema and a heart problem. But more than that was realizing that at that age, I seem to have lost sight of my purpose. It was then that I uttered a prayer and all I managed to say was a question "Lord, is this it for me?" Yes! God is still in the answering prayers business. He sent me my angel one Sabbath Day at VCF Fort, in the persona of then co-usher, now wealth coach Angie Liwanag. She is one of the Global Marketing Directors of Lifestyles Philippines. At first, it was the product that caught my attention but it was the trainings that made me stay, for it was in the trainings that God made me see how great I can become. Since then, I have noticed how my heart is being changed and how my relationship to my parents and siblings improved because of that. Not only did Intra save our health as a family, but it also saved our relationships and saved me from financial struggles. Intra can truly save your life in every facet.
