WARNING!!!

The management of MGM Multi-Specialty Medical and Diagnostic Center does not tolerate any act that may involve the falsification of documents, the unauthorized use of our official logo, the misrepresentation of our physicians—including the use of an incorrect name or spelling—or any attempt to compel our staff to sign documents for personal purposes.

The actions you allegedly committed may constitute falsification of documents and unauthorized use of intellectual property, both of which are prohibited and punishable under the law. Furthermore, your reported conduct inside the clinic—raising your voice at our staff, pointing fingers, and tearing the document you produced in the presence of our personnel and other patients—created a disruptive and disorderly environment that caused alarm and public disturbance. Several patients witnessed the incident, resulting in unnecessary disruption within the facility.

Such behavior is highly unbecoming of a public school teacher, a position that demands professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times. We also take seriously the reported threat to disseminate negative information about our clinic for the purpose of discouraging your colleagues from seeking our services.

Please be reminded that such actions were unnecessary. Had a proper and respectful request been made, our team would have assessed and considered the issuance of a legitimate medical certificate in accordance with our established procedures.

We recognize and honor locator slips duly signed by your principals. However, any alleged attempt to falsify documents and compel our staff to sign them is unacceptable and cannot be condoned.

LEGAL ACTIONS ARE BEING CONSIDERED BY THE MANAGEMENT.
