In line with the mission of City of Imus Doctors Hospital (CIDH) to provide the highest standard of care through continuous education and training, our Medical Director, Dr. Myla Arcena in coordination with our Chief Resident, Dr. Sharon Garingan, organized a series of lectures where our Specialist Doctors generously shared their expertise with fellow healthcare professionals today, March 4, 2026,

Our Chief of Clinics , Dr. Christopher Cabida - IM - Diabetologist, delivered a free lecture on “Diabetes Care: Consistency and Commitment,” as well as “Hyperglycemia vs. Hypoglycemia: Clinical Recognition and Management,” emphasizing the importance of early detection, proper intervention, and patient education in diabetes care.

Meanwhile, our Medico-Legal Officer, Dr. John Peter Paul Salvana – Surgeon, discussed “Common Medico-legal Issues Encountered in the Emergency Room: Proper Documentation and Reporting,” highlighting the vital role of accurate and timely documentation in ensuring patient safety and legal protection.
