I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, iGNLP Certified, Hypnotherapist, Meditation Coach, and an Entrepreneur. My main objection is to set people free from mental slavery through Reiki and Self-Mastery Programs. I was Certified in Hypnotherapy Practitioner (2019), Life Coach (2020), Past Life Regression Therapy (2022) and Reiki Master Teacher (2020). I have been certified in iGLNP for Neuro-Linguistic Programming for completing the required course hourse and ProjectGenesis Class is influenced by NLP. I am also a Co-Founder of MOREIAP (Modern Reiki Association of the Philippines)

Place your hand gently on your heart. 💕
Close your eyes.
Take one deep, steady breath in through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth. 🧘
Now, allow yourself 60 seconds to simply feel it. ⚡

No fixing. No rushing. Just being with what’s there.

Because sadness, like waves, comes to wash something clean. 💧
And when you allow it to pass through, it leaves you softer, wiser, and more open to light again. 🌤️

When you focus deeply for 25 minutes, your brain enters a productive flow state. 🧠

But after that, your energy starts to dip — that’s your body whispering, “Pause, I need to breathe.”

5 minutes of movement are sacred. 🌬️
