A lot of people think “beginner” means brand new.
But in practice, it often means something else.

It can mean:
– you’ve attended classes but still feel unsure
– you copy others and hope you’re doing it right
– you move, but don’t fully understand the poses
– or you haven’t tried yoga yet because you want guidance from the start

Wanting clarity doesn’t mean you’re behind.
It usually means you care about learning well.

That’s why our Beginner’s Bootcamp is built around explanation, repetition, and support in a small group setting (10–12 students only).

No pressure to already know.
No expectation to perform.
