Teacher Elen’s Power Vinyasa is the perfect way to wrap up your Saturday with high energy and a serious “yoga high.”
Think of it as a faster, more athletic version of a standard Vinyasa flow.
🔥 What is Power Vinyasa?
• The Vibe: High-intensity, sweat-inducing, and empowering.
• The Movement: Like a regular Vinyasa, it links breath to movement, but at a quicker pace. You will transition through poses rapidly, which keeps your heart rate up and builds cardiovascular endurance.
• The Focus: It emphasizes strength and core stability. You can expect more “power” moves—like planks, lunges, and perhaps some preparation for arm balances or inversions (like headstands).
