Why do so many women practice yoga?
—It’s often because they carry a heavy “mental load.” Balancing roles as career women, mothers, sisters, and homemakers comes with immense responsibility. Yoga serves as a vital space for them to process their thoughts, release stress, and strive to be the best versions of themselves while practicing essential self-care.

Why Yoga?
Beyond just “carrying thoughts,” yoga is scientifically recognized for its ability to lower cortisol (the stress hormone). For a woman juggling multiple roles, it’s one of the few moments in a day where she can focus entirely on her own breath and body.

🗓️ Teacher Rov’s Sunday Morning:
• 10:00 AM: Gentle Flow

Teacher Rov’s Gentle Flow on Sunday morning is the ultimate “kindness for your body” session. If you’ve had a busy week or a tough Saturday, this is your time to recover and reset.
🌿 What is Gentle Flow?
• The Vibe: Calm, nurturing, and restorative.
• The Movement: Think of it as a slowed-down, simplified version of a Vinyasa class. Instead of fast “power” moves, you focus on soft, flowing transitions that feel good for your joints.
• The Pace: You’ll stay closer to the mat and hold poses just long enough to feel a release, without the intensity of a workout.
🧘 What to Expect:
• Beginner Friendly: This is one of the most accessible classes on the schedule. There are no complicated balances or fast-paced sequences.
• Stress Relief: The focus is on deep breathing and “unwinding” the nervous system. It’s perfect for clearing mental fog.
• Flexibility over Strength: While you still move, the goal is to open up the chest, hips, and spine gently.
💡 Is this class for you?
• Best for: Anyone who feels stiff, tired, or just wants a peaceful start to their Sunday.
• Why at 10:00 AM?: It’s a great “wake-up” for the body after a lie-in. You’ll leave feeling limber and relaxed for the rest of your weekend.

🗓️ Teacher Elen’s Saturday Evening:
• 6:00PM: Power Vinyasa

Teacher Elen’s Power Vinyasa is the perfect way to wrap up your Saturday with high energy and a serious “yoga high.”
Think of it as a faster, more athletic version of a standard Vinyasa flow.
🔥 What is Power Vinyasa?
• The Vibe: High-intensity, sweat-inducing, and empowering.
• The Movement: Like a regular Vinyasa, it links breath to movement, but at a quicker pace. You will transition through poses rapidly, which keeps your heart rate up and builds cardiovascular endurance.
• The Focus: It emphasizes strength and core stability. You can expect more “power” moves—like planks, lunges, and perhaps some preparation for arm balances or inversions (like headstands).
🧘 Key Characteristics:
• Total Body Workout: Unlike a Gentle Flow, Power Vinyasa is designed to fatigue the muscles and build lean strength.
• Internal Heat: The fast movement creates “tapas” (internal heat), which helps with detoxification and flexibility.
• Mental Focus: Because the class moves quickly, you have to be 100% present. There’s no time for your mind to wander to your “to-do” list!
💡 Is this class for you?
• Best for: People who want to “work out” while they practice, those who enjoy a challenge, or anyone looking to burn off some steam.
• Preparation: Since this is at 6:00 PM, it’s a great way to “earn your Saturday dinner,” but make sure you’ve hydrated well throughout the day!

28/02/2026

🗓️ Teacher Leroy’s Saturday Morning:
• 9:00 AM: Basic Yoga (Learn the poses)
• 10:30 AM: Mobility Drills (Unlock your joints)

Pro Tip: These two classes are a “power duo.” Taking the 9:00 AM class to learn the shapes and the 10:30 AM class to open up your joints is a fantastic way to start your weekend!

Teacher Leroy’s Saturday morning sessions are all about building a strong, functional foundation for your body. These classes are less about “flowy” dance movements and more about structure and how your joints move.
Here is the breakdown of his Saturday lineup:
🧱 Basic Yoga
• The Vibe: Educational, steady, and foundational.
• What it is: This class focuses on the “blueprints” of yoga. You will learn the correct alignment for common poses (asanas), how to breathe properly, and how to use props (like blocks or straps) to support your body.
• The Goal: To build your confidence and ensure you are practicing safely before moving into faster classes like Vinyasa or Ashtanga.
• Best for: Absolute beginners or seasoned yogis who want to “reset” their form and go back to basics.
⚙️ Mobility Drills
• The Vibe: Functional, active, and focused.
• What it is: This isn’t a traditional yoga “flow.” Instead, it uses specific, repetitive movements designed to improve the active range of motion in your joints (shoulders, hips, spine, and ankles).
• The Difference: While yoga often focuses on flexibility (stretching a muscle), Mobility Drills focus on strength within the stretch—making sure your joints can actually control the movement.
• Best for: Anyone feeling “stiff” from office work, athletes looking to prevent injury, or yogis who want to master advanced poses like arm balances and deep binds.

🗓️ Teacher Gudo’s Thursday Schedule:
• 4:00 PM: Vinyasa (Flow and creativity)
• 6:00 PM: Ashtanga Express (Structure and sweat)

Teacher Gudo’s Thursday afternoon block offers two distinct ways to build heat and discipline. Here is the breakdown of his classes:
🌊 Vinyasa
• The Vibe: Fluid, creative, and breath-driven.
• What it is: As we’ve noted with other teachers, Vinyasa is a “flow” style. Teacher Gudo will lead you through a series of postures that transition smoothly from one to the next.
• The Gudo Touch: Every Vinyasa teacher has a different “flavor.” At 4:00 PM, this is a great way to shake off the workday and get your energy moving before the evening.
• Best for: Those who enjoy variety and moving at a steady, rhythmic pace.
⚡ Ashtanga Express
• The Vibe: Intense, structured, and efficient.
• What it is: Traditional Ashtanga (like Teacher Mini’s Half Primary) usually takes 90 minutes. An “Express” class condenses that powerful sequence into 60 minutes.
• The Structure: You will still follow the specific Ashtanga order—starting with Sun Salutations and moving into key standing and seated poses—but at a brisker pace or with fewer repetitions to fit the hour.
• Best for: Yogis who love the sweat and discipline of Ashtanga but have a busy schedule. It’s a high-energy “power hour” to end your Thursday.

🗓️ Teacher Kyle’s Schedule Recap:
• Tuesday: 6:00 PM (Vinyasa)

Teacher Kyle’s Hatha Flow is a beautiful “middle ground” in yoga. If Vinyasa is a fast-paced dance, Hatha Flow is a steady, purposeful walk.

Here is what you can expect from his Tuesday evening session:
⚖️ What is Hatha Flow?
• The Vibe: Balanced, grounded, and focused on alignment.
• The Structure: It combines the “Hatha” tradition (holding poses to build strength and stability) with a “Flow” element (smoothly transitioning from one pose to the next).
• The Pace: It is generally slower than a standard Vinyasa. You will have more time to “arrive” in each pose, check your posture, and feel the stretch before moving to the next one.
🧘 Key Characteristics:
• Breath Control: You’ll focus on deep, steady breathing to calm the nervous system while your muscles work.
• Strength & Flexibility: Because you hold the poses a bit longer, you build “functional strength” and give your connective tissues more time to open up.
• Mind-Body Connection: It’s excellent for “checking in” with your body after a long day, making it perfect for a 6:00 PM slot.
💡 Is this class for you?
• Best for: Beginners who want to learn the “right way” to do poses, or experienced yogis who want to slow down and refine their technique.
• Why at 6:00 PM?: It’s a great way to transition from “work mode” to “rest mode”—it tires the body just enough to help you sleep better later!

🗓️ Teacher Mini’s Schedule Recap:• Tuesday: 8:00 AM (Gentle) | 9:30 AM (Vinyasa)• Friday: 4:00 PM (Slow Flow) | 6:00 PM ...
28/02/2026

🗓️ Teacher Mini’s Schedule Recap:
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM (Gentle) | 9:30 AM (Vinyasa)
• Friday: 4:00 PM (Slow Flow) | 6:00 PM (Ashtanga - 90 mins)

Teacher Mini’s schedule offers a beautiful progression from soft, meditative movement to a very structured, traditional practice.

Here is what you can expect from each of her classes:
🌿 Gentle Flow
• The Vibe: Relaxing, low-impact, and restorative.
• What it is: This class focuses on slow, simple movements and basic yoga postures. It’s designed to increase range of motion and decrease stress without pushing your physical limits.
• Best for: Beginners, seniors, or anyone needing a “reset” for their nervous system.
🌊 Vinyasa (All Levels)
• The Vibe: Dynamic, fluid, and inclusive.
• What it is: “All Levels” means Teacher Mini will provide modifications for every pose. If you are a beginner, she’ll show you a simpler version; if you are advanced, she’ll offer a challenge. You will move with your breath in a continuous, dance-like sequence.
• Best for: Everyone! It’s the perfect class if you want a bit of a workout but want to feel supported regardless of your experience.
🍃 Slow Flow
• The Vibe: Mindful, deep, and intentional.
• What it is: Think of this as a “slow-motion” Vinyasa. You still flow from pose to pose, but you hold each posture longer (usually 3–5 breaths). This helps you focus on correct alignment and builds “quiet” strength.
• Best for: Those who want to strengthen their foundation or find Vinyasa a bit too fast-paced.
🔱 Ashtanga (Half Primary)
• The Vibe: Disciplined, powerful, and traditional.
• What it is: Ashtanga follows a specific, set sequence of postures that never changes. The “Primary Series” is designed to detoxify and align the body. A “Half Primary” class covers the first half of this sequence, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, and a portion of the seated poses.
• Best for: Those who love routine, structure, and a physically demanding practice that builds significant heat and endurance.

🗓️ Quick Booking Recap for Teacher Dhang:
• Monday: 10:00 AM (Gentle) | 7:00 PM (Vinyasa)
• Thursday: 10:00 AM (Wheel)
• Friday: 10:00 AM (Yin/Yang)

Here is a breakdown of what to expect in each of her sessions:
🌿 Gentle Flow
• The Vibe: Slow, steady, and accessible.
• What it is: A softer version of a standard flow class. It focuses on simple movements and basic postures to increase flexibility and range of motion without over-exerting yourself.
• Best for: Beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to de-stress and “unwind” their nervous system.

🎡 Wheel Yoga
• The Vibe: Supportive, expansive, and deep.
• What it is: This class uses a circular Yoga Wheel prop. The wheel helps you go deeper into back bends, improves balance, and acts as a support for stretching out the spine, chest, and shoulders.
• Best for: People who sit at desks all day (it’s a great “heart opener”) or those looking to improve their spinal mobility and posture.

🔥Vinyasa
* The Vibe: Fluid, Athletic, and rhythmic.
* What it is: Often called “Flow” yoga, Vinyasa links movement with breath in a continuous sequence. You’ll move from one pose to the next (like a dance), which builds heat in the body and improves cardiovascular health.
* Best for: Those who want to move, sweat and build strength through dynamic motion

☯️ Yin/Yang Flow
• The Vibe: Balanced, mindful, and complete.
• What it is: A “half-and-half” class.
• The Yang: The first half is active and warming (Vinyasa/Movement).
• The Yin: The second half is passive and cooling, holding deep stretches for 3–5 minutes to target connective tissues and fascia.
• Best for: Those who want both a workout and a deep-tissue stretch in one session.
