As flu season approaches, please be reminded to take extra precautions and watch out for influenza-like symptoms, such as:

โข cough and sore throat,
โข runny or stuffy nose,
โข body aches or fatigue, and
โข headache.
The following are ways to prevent flu and influenza-like illness:

Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.

Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Stay home if you feel unwell.
โ
Drink plenty of water and get enough rest.

Eat healthy foods to boost your immunity.

Always wear a face mask, particularly if in crowded or closed areas.
โ
Visit the school clinic or your healthcare provider if you experience flu-like symptoms.
