We are delighted to share the successful conduct of our Buntis Class Program, attended by 36 pregnant women from various barangays and municipalities as follows:

Naawan – 1
Initao - 18
Libertad – 13
Gitagum - 3
Laguindingan – 1

The session was filled with valuable learning as our resource speakers shared essential knowledge for maternal and infant health. The discussions included:

👩‍🍼 Breastfeeding – Presented by Ma’am Miraluna Ramos,RN, RM, MN - Chief Nurse highlighting the importance, benefits, and proper techniques of exclusive breastfeeding.

👨‍⚕️ Family Planning – Delivered by Sir Elmer Cabactulan, RN - HEPO Designate providing guidance on responsible parenthood and available family planning methods to choose from.

🦷 Dental Care in Pregnancy – Discussed by Dr. Kristinan Rumar Boholst, DMD - Hospital Dentist, emphasizing oral health as a vital part of prenatal care.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants and speakers for making this activity meaningful and productive. Together, we continue to promote the health and well-being of mothers and their babies. 💕🤰
