For all the mommies...

Ganito po ang itsura ng paghinga ni baby na dapat bantayan at dapat ipaconsulta or dalhin agad sa hospital.

Pansinin po ang pagbaon ng tiyan at bandang baba ng ribs ni baby. Ito pa ay nangangahulugan na hirap si baby sa paghinga.

Ligtas ang may alam 😉

May nakita akong FB group tungkol sa health na maraming nagpapakonsulta, tapos kung sino-sino lang ang nagbibigay ng payo kahit hindi naman medically trained. Natakot ako sa mga advice nila dahil puwedeng makasama at magpalala ng sakit.

❗Hindi pare-pareho ang katawan at sakit ng bawat isa.
❗Ang gamot na gumana sa iba ay maaaring makasama sa’yo.
❗Ang maling gamot at dosage ay pwedeng magdulot ng komplikasyon.
❗Ang pag-self medicate ay maaaring magpalala ng sakit.

Huwag basta maniwala at gumaya.
Kumonsulta muna sa lisensyadong doktor.

Ang kalusugan ay hindi dapat isugal sa payo ng social media.

If you are a relative of a hospitalized patient, I recommend the following:

1. Be kind to the staff who take care of your family member, they are there to help you, not to mistreat them.
2. Be patient with your treatment, so far no medicine has been discovered that cures instantly.
3. Remember, the staff is not exclusive to your family member, sometimes they have up to 10 or 15 patients apart from yours.
4. Don't abandon your family member, it's a Hospital, not a daycare or an asylum.
5. You must know that you don't count all the medicines necessary to take care of your family member, so you will have to buy some.
6. In all hospitals, whether public or private, you will find staff shortages and that is not the fault of the institution.
