Canine Anaplasmosis and Canine Ehrlichiosis in a 3-month old puppy

The patient was presented due to lethargy, wasting, potbelly appearance, loose and fould odored stool, and inappetence.

CBC revealed that the patient is anemic and has thrombocytopenia high WBC count, high monocyte, and neutrophil counts. Campylobacteriosis was also confirmed through fecalysis. Ultrasound suggested organ enlargement, a possible complication of these tick borne blood infections.
