NOTICE TO ALL EXAMINEES OF APRIL 25-26, 2021 PHARMACY LICENSURE EXAMINATION

Pursuant to the directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) to postpone the conduct of the April 2021 Licensure Examinations in areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) to avoid cross-border transfer of examinees, the Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) scheduled on April 25 - 26, 2021 shall be conducted only in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), to wit:

1) Cagayan de Oro
2) Cebu
3) Iloilo
4) Legaspi
5) Lucena
6) Pagadian
7) Rosales, Pangasinan
8) Zamboanga

Only the examinees assigned to the above examination venues shall be allowed to take the PhLE as scheduled. Affected examinees will be taking their examination on appropriate dates to be determined by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and approved by the IATF-MEID.
