GARCINIA CAMBODIA DRINKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: Weigh in and measure your waistline before starting taking it for authentic comparison.
Mix 1 sachet with less than 200ml water and DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FIRST THING IN THE MORNING an hour before breakfast. Best served cold, add ice if you wish π
Drink 2 to 3 sachets per day. Do not go over 3x π during lunch and dinner, take it an hour before meals!
* Always drink a glass of water AFTER drinking your slimming grape juice.
* Why on an empty stomach? It takes advantage of the appetite-curbing effect of the supplement, but even more important, it needs some space to work its magic. π
Drink lots of water all throughout the day to keep metabolism up. Also, you will feel thirsty throughout the day but this is normal. Just keep drinking water π

-Take it for 16 weeks, after that stop for 1 month.. then continue
