Padernal expressed heartfelt appreciation to the USM administration, particularly University President Dr. Jonald Pimentel, the Office of the President, Dr. Leonhard Paleta, and Director Dollente, for the efficient processing of essential documents needed for the application.
He likewise acknowledged the unwavering dedication of the USM College of Veterinary Medicine (USM-CVM) faculty and staff, headed by Dean Dr. Elizabeth Molina, Dr. Rolando Garduque, and extended special thanks to Dr. Josephine Rapisura-Flores, Dr. Precious Amor Beso-Ferrer, Dr. Lilian Lumbao, Dr. Emerlie Rojas Okit, Dr. Vrenelie Flores, Dr. AP Warren Adamat, and the rest of the faculty who continuously mold and inspire future Veterinary Technologists.
According to Padernal, this achievement reflects not only personal success but also the international competitiveness of the USM-CVM BSVT Program, proving that the training and education received by Filipino Vet Techs meet global veterinary nursing standards.
