Measles-Rubella is a preventable disease thru vaccination thus MRSIA helps to prevent the acquiring of the disease.

Buklod BHS conducted the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MRSIA) to all 6-59 months old children at Barangay Gymnasium.

Who: GRADE 1 (Male/Female) and Grade 4 (Female) Pupils

School-Based Immunization program is a government initiative, like the Philippines' Bakuna Eskwela, that provides free vaccines to students to prevent vaccine-preventable diseases. Implemented by the Department of Health (DOH) in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd) and other agencies, the program typically targets students in specific grades with vaccines like Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (TD).

MONKEYPOX CASES REPORTED IN SULTAN KUDART❗❗❗

Dahil mayroon na po tayong kaso ng MPOX, Clade II sa ating probinsya, maging mapagmasid po tayo sa ating paligid. Ugaliing magsuot ng facemask at umiwas sa matataong lugar. Maghugas palagi ng kamay. If may nararamdamang alin man sa sintomas na nasa larawan ay agad na komunsulta sa pinaka malapit na health center o RHU para mabigyan ng agarang lunas upang hindi na makahawa pa sa iba.
