In celebration of Heart Month and Valentine’s Day, Asia Pacific Medical Center – Aklan (APMC-Aklan) combined heart health awareness with heartfelt care for the community.

An educational session was held at the Outpatient Department led by our Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Cardiologist, and Vice President of PHA P*P, Dr. Claire B. Perez, together with our Assistant Medical Director and President of P*P, Dr. Joanne B. Abril, in partnership with the Philippine Heart Association (PHA) and the Philippine Capiz-Aklan Chapter (P*P). The talk focused on understanding heart disease, ways to prevent it, and simple tips for keeping the heart healthy. Patients also received small gifts to make the celebration more meaningful.

Continuing the spirit of love, APMC-Aklan team shared Valentine’s Day tokens with admitted patients as a reminder that they are valued and cared for.
