I - itapon ang pagkain kung may duda sa kaligtasan nito. Itago ang mga pagkain sa refrigerator at initin itong mabuti kapag kakainin na.
G - gumamit ng malinis na tubig sa pagluluto at paghuhugas ng pagkain.
T - tiyakin na malinis ang kamay, mga gamit sa pagluluto at gagamiting ingredients.
A - alalahaning hindi dapat maghanda ng pagkain ang taong may sakit.
S - suotin ang tamang gamit tula ng apron, face mask at gloves lalo na kung maghahanda sa pangmaramihan.
