A new study in Pediatrics found that twelve-year-olds who owned smartphones were more likely to experience depression and obesity and not get enough sleep than their peers without one. Consistent communication with children and teens about smartphones and screen time can help make sure that phones don’t crowd out important activities like exercise, sleep, and quality time with friends and family.

Parents of picky eaters are really weird. Hindi mo alam kung nagpapanggap lang ba na hindi nila alam ang ginagawa nila or sadyang naghahanap lang ng sisisihin.

C’mon parents. STOP BLAIMING YOUR KID IN FRONT OF YOUR DOCTOR. Unang-una sa lahat, hindi naman magkakaroon ng access sa sweet foods and drinks ang mga toddler kung hindi ninyo sila binibigyan at binibilhan.

Maraming may diarrhea ngayon. Ingat lang po sa pagbili ng probiotics a. Hindi lahat ng strains ng good bacteria ay nakatutulong sa diarrhea. Kapag limitado ang budget, pakiprioritize pa rin po ang Oral Rehydration Solution at Zinc sulfate.
