🐾 Rabies Awareness Month 2026🐾

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Rabies Awareness Month, matagumpay na naisagawa ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Kapalong, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Municipal Health Office (MHO) at Municipal Agriculture Office (MAGRO, ang isang orientation at information activity tungkol sa rabies awareness, responsableng pag-aalaga ng alagang hayop, at animal welfare.

Ang gawaing ito ay naisakatuparan sa tulong at buong suporta ng ating Municipal Mayor, Hon. Edgardo L. Timbol, na naglalayong magbigay kaalaman sa komunidad, lalo na sa mga kliyente ng Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC), upang higit pang mapalakas ang kamalayan at pag-iwas sa rabies.

Nagbahagi ng mahalagang impormasyon sina Dr. Re-Ann Stephanie Krestee T. Sator, DVM at Eva June Marie F. Sison-Padlan, RN tungkol sa pag-iwas sa rabies, wastong pag-aalaga ng hayop, at mga serbisyong hatid ng ABTC. Dinaluhan ito ng BHW President, mga empleyado ng LGU, at mga kliyente ng ABTC.

Nagtapos ang programa sa isang makabuluhang mensahe mula sa ating Rural Health Physician, Dr. Sigrid Portia J. Macasa, MD, na nagbigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng patuloy na pagpapalaganap ng kaalaman at pakikiisa ng komunidad laban sa rabies.

📌 Bilang bahagi ng aming serbisyo, patuloy ang libreng anti-rabies vaccination para sa mga residente ng Kapalong na nakagat ng hayop. Ito ay isinasagawa tuwing Martes at Biyernes sa Kapalong animal bite center.

Maaaring magtungo sa inyong pinakamalapit na Barangay Health Station (BHS) upang kumuha ng referral.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang responsableng pag-aalaga ng hayop at protektahan ang ating komunidad laban sa rabies. 💉🐶

Sa pagselebrar sa Rabies Awareness Month, ang Kapalong Municipal Health Office nagpadayon sa pagpalig-on sa kampanya batok sa rabies aron maprotektahan ang kahimsog ug kaluwasan sa atong komunidad. Pinaagi sa padayon nga information campaign, responsible pet ownership, libreng bakuna sa mga iro, ug libreng bakuna alang sa mga taga kapalongians og nagtinabangay kita aron makab-ot ang tumong nga Rabies-Free Kapalong.

Ginaawhag ang tanang Kapalongians nga mahimong responsable nga pet owners pinaagi sa:
✔️ Regular nga pagpa-bakuna sa inyong mga iro
✔️ Pagbantay ug pag-atiman sa inyong mga alagang hayop
✔️ Pag-report dayon sa mga kaso sa animal bite sa pinakaduol nga health facility
