🩺💉 Sabay-sabay nating protektahan ang kalusugan ng ating mga mag-aaral!

The Municipal Health Office – Kasibu, in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Education (DepEd), will conduct the Simultaneous School-Based Immunization (SBI) for Grade 1, Grade 4, and Grade 7 learners in all public schools in Kasibu.

👦👧 Target Vaccines:
✅ Grade 1 – Measles-Containing Vaccine (MCV) & Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td)
✅ Grade 4 – Human Papillomavirus (HPV) for girls
✅ Grade 7 – Measles-Rubella (MR) & Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td)

📍 Coverage: All Public Elementary & High Schools, Kasibu
📅 Schedule: Simultaneous implementation – August to September, 2025

This program is part of the government’s effort to protect our children from vaccine-preventable diseases, ensuring that they remain healthy, safe, and ready to learn.

We call on all parents, guardians, teachers, and school officials to give their full support. Please ensure that your children bring their signed parental consent forms on vaccination day.
Together, let us build a healthier and stronger Kasibu! 💪🌿

🌟 Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 | Buklod Didipio Youth Festival 🌟

Last August 15, 2025, we had the privilege of joining the Buklod Didipio Youth Festival at the Brgy. Didipio Gymnasium in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan, National and International Youth Day with the theme “Safe Minds, Safe Choice.” 💡✨

As invited resource speakers, the Municipal Health Office shared an IEC session on Mental Health, Anti-Bullying, and Reproductive Health Awareness—empowering our young people to make informed and healthy decisions. 💬🧠💙

With over 550 student participants, the event was a powerful reminder that when we invest in our youth, we invest in the future. 🙌

A big salute to BLGU Didipio for initiating this meaningful activity and for making space where the voices and well-being of young people truly matter. 💪👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

Patuloy tayong maging mapagmatyag at mapanuri para maging ligtas at malusog ang buong pamilya!

Brgy. Kongkong successfully celebrated Nutrition Month today, August 6, 2025.

The event showcased kindergarten pupils in creative fruit- and vegetable-inspired attire, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating at an early age. This was followed by an insightful Nutrition Talk delivered by Dr. Andrienne Castillo and a comprehensive Pinggang Pinoy lecture conducted by our Barangay Nutrition Scholar. To further support maternal and child health, maternal gift packages were distributed to our pregnant beneficiaries. Together, we continue to promote proper nutrition for a healthier community.

No Indicator Bacteria Detected – Water Bacteriology Passed at Time of Sampling

These are the bacteriological test results of the water sources based on the water samples gathered at the time of scheduled testing.

Water bacteriology testing confirmed absence of coliform and pathogenic bacteria—samples passed at time of collection.

Water quality assessment based on bacteriological parameters: Total coliforms, f***l coliforms, and E. coli counts.
