FONTANILLA-HALILI DENTAL CLINIC (new and temporary) protocol due to covid19:

1. Pre operative inquiry thru Call/text/messenger (pls be honest as possible)
-Non-flu like symptoms: no cold and cough,
-no fever for the last 14days( temp will be check upon entering the clinic)
-no shortness of breath
-no exposure to Covid patient
-No history of Travel

2. NO companion or ONE companion(applicable for children, Senior citizens & PWD only) in the clinic premises.

3.Clinic is strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Pls follow your appointment time.

4.Our clinic will accept 5 appointments per day ONLY to avoid cross contamination between patients.

5.Walk-in patients will not be entertained but you can get an appointment according to our time availability.

6.Patient and companion must wear face mask upon entering the clinic(/patient will only remove mask at the start of treatment).

7.Patient will wear disposable headcaps ,foot cover and ppe that will be provided by our staff.
