Our Liver Elastography Tech was specially Trained in Beijing, China specifically just for this Landmark medical imaging technique here in Kidapawan city and for Cotabato province. Hopefully, this can help save Lives knowing fully well that those patients with fatty liver disease might develop Liver Cirrhosis or even Liver Cancer (Hepatocellular Carcinoma) later on. However, with this test, there would be early Detection on the status and severity of the disease, hence early intervention could be instituted, whether Lifestyle change alone or Pharmacological or both... hence , these deadly complications will be prevented and our patients will live healthier and longer lives.👍🌷

Because of the changing lifestyles of people all over the world, with increased consumption of high-calorie, high-fat, and salty foods, along with less physical activity, 𝗼𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 is becoming more common, and diseases such as 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 are also on the rise. 📈🚨

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 (or 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧/𝐅𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧) is a non-invasive medical imaging technique that measures both the fat content and the stiffness, or degree of fibrosis, of the liver. Basing on the results of the liver scan, appropriate preventive measures can be taken, whether the patient needs lifestyle changes alone or requires more urgent medical treatment, to halt or prevent the progression of fatty liver into liver cirrhosis or even liver cancer. 🛑

This test is quick, painless, and uses an ultrasound-like probe to send a vibration wave into the liver to determine liver fattiness and stiffness. 🧐

A patient was referred from a hospital in Kidapawan City for a 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐓 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 at our Outpatient Clinic, using our 𝐒𝐢𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

It is with immense pride that we are the only 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐂 in Soccsksargen region that performs 𝐂𝐓 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 and other advanced imaging procedures on an outpatient basis, using our Modern, High-Resolution CT Scan with Artificial Intelligence... A difficult but an interesting and uncommon case. A 53 y.o. male, with a history of a**l surgery in 2011, sought consult with several doctors based in different Hospitals here in Kidapawan city and Davao city because of chronic hypogastric pain, frequency of urination, recurrent UTI, f***l smelling urine and gas coming out of his urethra when he urinates. He was treated with antibiotics but gave only temporary relief. Investigative Work-up like blood, urine, and ultrasound were done, but still with no Clear-cut Diagnosis. Desperate and with much money spent already, the patient sought Consult with our Clinic. An 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧 of his Abdomen and Pelvic area was done which showed a 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚, which is an abnormal connection of his Colon (large intestine) and his Urinary Bladder and this Confirmed the suspicions of our Doctors. The patient was then referred to a Colorectal Surgeon and a Urologist, for Surgery to correct his problem.

After Pioneering the First CT-Guided Needle Biopsy on a Lung Mass and the Cranial CT Angiogram in North Cotabato Province, another First of its Kind in terms of Special Medical Imaging Diagnostic Procedures was performed by the Staff of 𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐃𝐬.... A 𝐂𝐓 𝐀𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦...which was done on a patient suspected to have an Aortic Aneurysm... these Special Diagnostic procedures are now performed in a Clinic on an Outpatient basis, such that patients don't have to be admitted in a hospital anymore just for these advanced imaging to be done, hence providing easy access for our patients, making it Simpler and most importantly, avoiding the high Financial Costs of doing it inside a Hospital...

January 9,1998...Pulmonary Fellowship Training Graduation Rites...He topped the Pulmonary in-Service exam among all senior Pulmonary Fellows from different Training Centers in the country in 1997 and he was also awarded because of his 2 Scientific papers that he made during his Training...He then went back to the place where he was born, which was Kidapawan city in 1998, and became the Pioneering Practicing Internal Medicine Subspecialist( Pulmonary Medicine) and the First Diplomate and Fellow in both Fields of Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine in Cotabato Province( North Cotabato).♥️👈....thus revolutionizing and Upgrading the Practice of Internal Medicine in the Province and its environs...
