To our VALUED CUSTOMERS,
As we are still under MGCQ, please be guided accordingly :
a. Laboratory opens 7:30 am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
- For bood chemistry request (blood sugar,cholesterol,triglycerides,hdl,ldl,blood uric acid,bun,creatinine,sgot,sgpt), we can do blood extraction in your residence (La Trinidad area ONLY)with a minimal fee. But you need first to have an appointment.
b. Saturday is by APPOINTMENT
-Kindly make an earlier appoinment by texting or calling this number 09187022220.
-Please do come on your scheduled time.
-If ever you cannot come on your appoinment due to unavoidable circumstances, kindly text or call us ahead of time .
c. Laboratory results form can be send through email and messenger.
