Another win for Lapatan Elementary School and Balas NHS-Lapatan Extension! 🎉

In the recently concluded Bakuna Eskwela 2025, both schools achieved a 100% accomplishment rate which is a testament to the strong partnership and collaboration between DOH & DEPED, all working together to ensure every pupil’s safety and protection.

Our deepest gratitude to our school head Ma'am Neth Roleda of Lapatan ES and to the advisers Ma'am Ethel Vergara and Ma'am Diosel Ybañez and to the parents who went an extra mile preparing food for the pupils to ensure that they are ready and energized. Same appreciation also goes to Sir Jubel Wenceslao, TIC of Balas NHS-Lapatan Extension and teachers for their support as well.

📌Kanus-a: September 8, 2025, alas 9:00am
📌Asa: Covered Court
📌Kinsa: Alang sa mga wala pay PhilHealth Membership og sa mga Aduna nay philhealth apan wala nakarga ang ilang mga dependents (asawa og anak)

📌Unsay angay andamon:
1. Alang sa magpamembro -photocopy sa birthcertificate or kung wala sa maong dokumento, pwede ra photocopy sa valid ID
2. Alang sa magpakarga sa ilaang dependents- photocopy sa marriange contract kung asawa og photocopy sa birthcertificate kung anak

📌Mga kasagarang pangutana:
1. Dili man mi kasal, pwede ba nakong ikarga akong kaipon?
➡️Tubag: DILI, peru pwede nato silang ipa membro aron naa siyay iyaang kaugalingong PHILHEALTH

2. Hangtud pilay edad pwede nako makarga as dependent akong anak?.
➡️Tubag: Hangtud ga edad siya og 21. Kung siya 22 na, mahimu japun siyang e membro sa PHILHEALTH, magdala lang og birthcertificate or valid ID

3. Aduna na koy Philhealth sauna peru nawala, na undang ang bayad kay sa ako pato gitrabahuan, pasabot ba wala nato?.
➡️Tubag: DILI, naa ra japun imong philhealth apan dapat ipa update nimu kada tuig sa RHU Labason. Kung wala paka kapa update karong tuiga, adto lang sa covered court

4. Nasuroy naman mi og na profile sa mga BHW sa among balay, pasabot ba ana human nami sa maong updating?
➡️Tubag: Humana! Apan wala naapil ang imong mga dependents busa adto na sa covered court aron ipakarga ang imong mga dependents, dad-a lang ang mga gi mention sa taas na mga requirements

PS: Kini nga activity subay sa Programa sa PhilHealth na YAKAP (Yaman sa Kalusugan Program) diin ang tanang katawhan e register sa PhilHealth aron maka avail sa libreng check-up, damot, cancer screening test og laboratory❗️
