Sharing my own experience how I overcome Gerd acid reflux hyperacidity and other symptoms na related sa GERR at Hormonal Imbalanced

Gusto ko lang ma inspire yung iba na hindi pa katapusan ng lahat kapag may GERD tayo need lang natin ayusin ang ating kalusugan. Kilalanin natin na napabayaan natin ang ating katawan dahil sa sobrang sipag o dahil sa mga pinag daanan natin.

Eversince nung mga nasa 30s pa ako nag start na ako makaramdam na parang acidic ako. Hindi ko alam ano ba o gano ba kalalim ung pagkakaron ng acidic. Basta alam ko both my parents ay acidic kaya nagkaron sila ng malalang sakit at un ang naging dahilan na nagkaron sila ng highblood at high blood sugar na naging cause na ma heart attack sila at pumanaw. November 2023 nagsimula ang lahat ng ma diagnose ako ng stage 4 cancer ( ) Choriocarcinoma.
Dahil sa nagpacheck up ako,and the doctors find out na may bukol ako sa matres. Inoperahan ako pero Di kinaya ng katawan ko ang operation na ICU tinubuhan at NGT.

pina Biopsy ng doctor ang bukol na na tanggal sa akin at ang result ay Cancerous… grabe di ako makapaniwala sa mga nangyayari sa buhay ko nong time na yon akala ko nong na ICU ako yun na ang pinaka hirap na pagdadaanan ko meron pa pala, kailangan ko ma at pero that time hindi available sa pilipinas ang gamot . Hopeless na ako ng time na yon pero palagi ko inaalala ang mga anak ko maliliit pa sila at gusto ko pa maka sama ang pamilya ko, mama ko at mga kapatid ko 😭.

December 2023-Tinapat kami ng specialist ng cancer ko na kalat na meron na silang nakita sa at ko sinabihan nya ang asawa ko na 1 month to Live na lang ako kasi wala pa ang gamot. Bedridden ako that time at walang gana kumain.
