The LGU Lanuza, together with the DOLE, successfully conducted the turnover of Livelihood Assistance to the Parents of Child Laborers, with the guidance of DOLE Provincial Head, Maโ€™am Genebelle Bal.

A total of 17 beneficiaries received livelihood support aimed at strengthening family income, promoting self-reliance, and ensuring that children are given the opportunity to stay in school and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to safeguarding the welfare of our children while empowering parents with sustainable means of livelihood.

Today, we successfully convened the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) 4th Quarter Meeting, where we reviewed peace and security updates, reinforced inter-agency coordination, and reaffirmed our shared commitment to public safety.

We also witnessed the taking of oath of the newly constituted Peopleโ€™s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB)โ€”a vital body in ensuring accountability, transparency, and professionalism in law enforcement.
