Classes in ALL LEVELS in both PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools as well as work in government offices are CANCELLED tomorrow, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as continues to intensify as it passes by over the northern portion of Luzon.

Laoag City is still under TCWS Signal No. 3 as of 5:00 PM today, September 22, 2025.
