📢 We’re Hiring: Phone Triage Virtual Assistant (VA)
We are seeking a Phone Triage Virtual Assistant with excellent verbal and written communication skills to support our healthcare team. This role requires handling patient calls professionally and efficiently while ensuring accurate documentation.
Position: Phone Triage VA
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year call center experience
Qualifications / Criteria:
* At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and empathy
* Experience in patient interaction, appointment-related concerns, or basic clinical triage support
* Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
* Ability to follow scripts, protocols, and escalation procedures
* Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
* Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
Responsibilities:
* Answer and triage incoming patient calls
* Document patient concerns accurately and clearly
* Route calls or messages to the appropriate clinical team when needed
* Provide excellent patient support and customer service
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
