EYE OPENING WEDNESDAY FACTS
To those who think they DO NOT need vitamin and mineral supplementation, and to those who are ALREADY TAKING them, let me share this to you:
- One of the trends in Science that started in 1920 is EPIGENETICS. It is a study in Science wherein they do modifications or “pag edit” sa DNA sequence, and what happens is that: Nagkakaroon ito ng EFFECT sa OFFSPRING.
- We are 1/2 the DNA of our mom, and 1/2 the DNA of our dad.
- Bakit kaya nata-transfer sa atin ang disease ng mga parents natin?
If faulty ang DNA ng dad mo (kung may kulang) and matrigger mo ito on your own, maaaring mangyari din sa'yo ang disease.
Every genetics is actually a realization of previous experiences of past generations. Yes, may kasalanan ang mga magulang natin kung bakit tayo may present disease. Pero we can DO SOMETHING about it.
- DIET is one factor of epigenetics that you can edit (fix on your own).
- Most importantly, malaki ang factor ng NUTRITION not only on the cells, but actually on the DNA. You can make your DNA function-able and you can transfer that also to your kids! There is a study in Japan to support this:
Kinuha ang DNA ng mother rat and they discovered na nung na-decode ang DNA, mataas ang risk nito ng Cancer, Diabetes and Obesity. BOTTOMLINE: Maiksi ang lifespan. So what did the experts do? They induced Zinc, Methionine, Betaine, Choline, Folate and B12. When the mother rat got pregnant, kumuha sila ng DNA sample ng offspring rat. And it showed the LOWER risk of Cancer, LOWER risk of diabetes, LOWER risk of OBESITY and possible prolonged life.
Yes! Nutrients are a BIG factor to play in our DNA. We can edit that part of our genes!
We are not being healthy for ourselves alone, we are also being healthy for our future kids. Yes, we CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Quality life is one of the greatest things that we can pass on to our future GENERATIONS. Let's take charge of our health! 👍🏼😇💪🏼😊✔
