👨🏻‍⚕Non-vaccination CHECK UP is by walk-in first come first served. NO need to PM na pupunta kayo. Concern/s na need ng gamot ay need ipacheck up at hindi PM PM lang. Hindi po free magpareseta.
🏥HMOs accepted for physical clinic check up and for admissions. I am currently not accepting HMOs for online check up.

If child is sick (ubo sipon, diarrhea, etc. , then sickness po ang ichecheck and NOT included ang well child issues (vitamins, deworming, screening tests, etc), and developmental issues (delayed speech, delayed sitting, etc.). Multiple symptoms of related problem (ubo + sipon) sige lang pero multiple types of check up (symptoms of sakit + development issue) ay no no lalo kung hindi ko regular patient...
❌not accepting newborns less than 1 month old... sa ibang pedia niyo ipa"catch" ang baby during panganganak at sa iba niyo ipacheck before 1 month old

🤓causes

❤️ Normally, ang mga *esticles ay vertical ang position at ang bandang likod nila at naka"dikit".
❤️🩶 Approximately 12% ng mga lalake ay may "bell-clapper deformity". Horizontal ang position ng *esticles at hindi naka"dikit".
🩶Puwedeng umikot ang *esticles na may bell-clapper deformity -> hindi makakadaloy ang dugo

🤓signs and symptoms

🩶biglang sobrang sakit ang *esticles
🩶madalas sumusuka or naduduwal

🩶biglang pamumula at pamamaga
🩶higher than normal
🩶hindi umaangat ang *esticle kapag inistroke ang hita

🤓diagnosis
- depende
- iyong iba diretso referral sa pediatric urologist iyong iba ay ipapa-ultrasound

🤓treatment
- depende sa lala

- Since surgical condition ito at hindi something na mawawala sa gamot, supportive role lang ang general pediatrician:
❤️recognition na possibly may ganito ang pasyente
❤️refer sa tamang subspecialist/s
❤️ipaliwanag kung bakit kailangan ng referral at ang mangyayari if torsion pala talaga at hindi naoperahan agad

- Ideally kailangang operahan ang bata within 6 hours para higher chance na masave ang *esticles.
❗️❗️❗️KAPAG SINABING ADMIT AND/OR REFER, SUMUNOD NA AGAD! WAG NA MARAMING ISIP DAHIL NAGHAHABOL NGA TAYO NA MASAVE PA IYANG *ESTICLE NG BATA.

- Kung hindi agad magagawa ang surgery, pedia uro may try do manual detorsion -> iuuntwist muna -> take note na need pa rin ng opera later
- Kung buhay pa ang *esticle, bubuksan ang balat, iuuntwist, tapos "ididikit". LKapag nakitang patay na ang *estcile, tatanggalin na.
